The Santa Barbara Vino Train runs from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara, also picking up passengers as far north as Simi Valley. Every trip includes breakfast, dinner, a wine-tasting tour, and a day in Santa Barbara. Vino Train trips are offered at least once every month year-round.
The Vino Train flagship, the 39-seat club lounge, Overland Trail, is along on every Santa Barbara Vino Train excursion. There is usually a second vintage railcar included as well. Some trips feature the magnificent Vista Dome car, Silver Splendor. Most of the other Vino Train cars are drawn from the LARail.com consortium of Southern California private railcar owner-operators.
